Mike Wessinger, CEO

Mike Wessinger – Co-Founder/CEO

Mike Wessinger is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PointClickCare, the leading cloud-based software for the senior care market. After founding the company in 2000, Mike quickly established himself as an entrepreneur and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pioneer. He is responsible for introducing the first cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) platform in the long-term post-acute care industry.

Mike has been an instrumental force in changing the way senior care providers leverage innovative technologies to maximize financial outcomes and improve the health and wellness of their residents. Mike’s forward-thinking vision to design the industry’s first EHR solution, leveraging a SaaS model, proved to be an industry game-changer that has become a standard software delivery model for the senior care market.

Today, PointClickCare employs over 900 people, with 13,000 homes throughout North America using its software every day.

Paul Rybecky – CFO

Paul Rybecky is the Chief Financial Officer of PointClickCare. As CFO, Paul is responsible for the overall financial management of the company and for multiple corporate functions including, accounting, treasury, legal, governance, compliance and financial strategy.

Paul is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years’ extensive knowledge in the technology sector (SaaS). Prior to joining PointClickCare in March 2015, Paul spent nine years with Dealertrack Technologies as the Vice President of Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations. Paul also served as CFO of Confort & Company Inc. for five years and spent 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP where he earned his CPA designation.

Dave Wessinger, Co-Founder/CTO, PointClickCare

Dave Wessinger – Co-Founder/CTO

Dave, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for Strategy, Engineering and Corporate Development at PointClickCare. Dave has worked in the Senior Care Information Technology industry for 20 years and is actively involved in many industry associations and advocacy efforts, including CPAC, NASL, AHCA IT, CAST and ONC.

Prior to co-founding PointClickCare, Dave was a Manager of IT for a multi-site provider and focused on software implementation and adoption. His unique blend of senior care provider knowledge and technical expertise proved invaluable in the creation of the PointClickCare solution, and the design decision to leverage Software-as-a-Service as the delivery platform in 1999. Dave continues his passion for the industry and is committed to helping providers improve outcomes through the use of Health Information Technology.

Ed Roshitsh, COO, PointClickCare

Ed Roshitsh – COO

As PointClickCare’s Chief Operating Officer, Ed is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the company’s revenue generation, product creation, and customer care operations. With 25 years of progressive responsibilities in the software industry, Ed has helped create nearly $2 billion of shareholder value in both public and private companies. One of Ed’s biggest contributions is in providing mentorship to PointClickCare’s leadership team in the sales, marketing, services, and product areas.

A published author, his book “A Solid Handshake” lays out 13 tried and true principles that are guaranteed to build high performance/high integrity leaders.

Bill McQuaide – CPO, PointClickCare

Bill is the Chief Product Officer for PointClickCare. As the CPO, Bill plays a vital role in both the development and long-term vision of PointClickCare’s products, overseeing the company’s product strategy, product management, and engineering teams. Bill is highly motivated by understanding customer problems and building valued technology solutions that improve business and patient outcomes.

Bill is a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies, products and services in high-growth technology companies. His deep experience with enterprise software products make him an important and strategic member of the PointClickCare senior team.

Previous to joining the company in early 2014, Bill worked as the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Black Duck Software Inc., and has held a number of senior leadership positions with various technology companies including RSA Security and Hewlett Packard.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he received his BS in Health Care Management, as well as his MBA.

Richard Guttman, VP Legal & General Counsel, PointClickCare

Richard Guttman – VP, Legal & Compliance

Richard is responsible for the Legal and Compliance functions at PointClickCare. He leads a team of legal, privacy, security and audit professionals who support key aspects of PointClickCare’s business and operations including intellectual property, commercial contracting and strategic partnerships, regulatory matters, privacy and data security, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Richard is secretary to PointClickCare’s Board of Directors where he’s responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate governance and compliance practices.

Richard brings over 15 years of experience building and developing innovative and high-growth technology companies, including acting as senior or general counsel to 724 Solutions, CGI Group, Workbrain, Score Media, Siemens Canada and SecureKey Technologies. Richard began his law career at Goodmans LLP where he spent several years working in its tax and corporate securities groups.

Richard is a qualified lawyer and engineer, holding a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Toronto. Richard also holds an MBA from the Science and Technology program at Queen’s University.

David Belbeck, SVP Corporate Development, PointClickCare

David Belbeck – SVP, Corporate Development

David Belbeck is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for PointClickCare. As SVP Corporate Development, David leads a team of professionals responsible for establishing and advancing strategic partner relationships as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities. As a seasoned veteran within the technology sector, David plays a significant role in strategic growth planning for the business.

Prior to joining the PointClickCare team in 2009, David was the Canadian Business Unit Executive for the Lotus Foundations Group and has over 20 years of experience in executive roles in finance, healthcare, computer technology, software and communications. David holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Terri Weckle – SVP Strategic Products & General Manager, Home Health Care

“It’s not about the next ‘new shining thing’ it’s about solving real business challenges for our customers that excites me.”

Terri Weckle is the Senior Vice President of Product and the General Manager for Home Health Care for PointClickCare. In her role, Terri is responsible for leading a team tasked with product identification, scoping, development and launching innovative products to the senior care market.

Terri first joined PointClickCare in 2010 and brings with her over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the company, Terri held the position of AVP, Business Services SNF, AL, and Rehab for one of the nation’s largest preeminent care providers.

Terri is a highly effective long-term care professional with vast knowledge of the clinical and financial sides of the business, and is well versed when it comes to understanding the complete senior care process, the business challenges our customers face, and developing the products to meet our customer’s needs. Terri believes if we do it “right’ it makes our customer’s job easier. If their job gets easier, then ultimately the resident can receive better and more-cost effective care.

Travis Palmquist

Travis Palmquist, VP & GM, Senior Living

Travis Palmquist is the vice president and general manager for PointClickCare’s Senior Living division.  In his role, Travis is responsible for directing the Senior Living business group and ensuring all cross-functional teams are in lock-step, meeting the unique needs of the senior living market.

With over 25 years’ experience working in the long-term post-acute care industry, Travis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.  Prior to joining PointClickCare, he worked for a national provider of senior care and senior living services as an executive director, director of operations and regional director of business development.  Travis then took his operational knowledge and experience to the technology side of the business serving in executive leadership positions with both established technology companies as well as tech start-ups.

Angelo Papatheodorou, SVP Sales, PointClickCare

Angelo Papatheodorou – SVP, Sales

Since 2000, PointClickCare has had a 98% client retention rate, and Angelo’s leadership has been an integral part of that. Angelo joined the company in its early days and has been the driving force for sales to help grow PointClickCare into the market leader. As PointClickCare’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Angelo, develops our sales strategies, oversees sales forecasting and pipeline management, and is responsible for sales growth and results.

What has made Angelo successful is his belief and execution of delivering on PointClickCare’s promises and providing a great customer experience.

Cheryl Alden, VP Marketing, PointClickCare

Cheryl Alden – VP, Marketing

Accelerating the growth of a technology company’s global profile through innovative marketing and brand building is Cheryl’s “sweet spot,” and she loves what she does. As the Vice President of Marketing at PointClickCare, Cheryl is responsible for managing and executing all marketing strategy and initiatives including the PointClickCare brand, marketing and communications programs, demand creation, corporate events, sales enablement, product marketing, and media/industry relations. Cheryl has spent the last 18 years of her career working with a variety of innovative and high-growth technology companies, from privately-held start-ups to public multi-nationals, including Open Text, VoiceGenie Technologies, i4i, Open Cola, Changepoint Corporation, and PC DOCS.

Under Cheryl’s leadership, PointClickCare has significantly grown its brand presence, won numerous industry accolades, and strategically aligned marketing and sales to support its current position as the definitive leader in cloud-based software for the senior care market.

Terry Low – SVP, Engineering, PointClickCare

Terry Low – SVP, Engineering

Providing customers with invaluable software solutions and services is what motivates Terry as PointClickCare’s Senior Vice President of Engineering. Terry heads the development of our technology infrastructure, architecture, core services, and application product suites. With over 25 years of Enterprise Commercial Software Development, Terry helps guide cross-functional collaboration and product management partnership to meet our business’ objectives and drive customer satisfaction. Terry is driven by providing cloud-based software for the senior care continuum to improve quality of care, lower costs, heighten reimbursement, meet regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and enrich lives.

Nani McDonnell, VP Account Management, PointClickCare

Nani McDonnell – VP, Account Management

Nani McDonnell is the Vice President of Account Management for PointClickCare. She leads the team responsible for developing client relationships and ensuring our clients are successfully optimizing their usage of PointClickCare’s solutions. Since she began at PointClickCare, the Account Management team has tripled in size with an emphasis on fostering strategic partnerships with customers.

Nani first joined PointClickCare in September 2013 and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both in the acute care and post-acute care markets. Prior to joining the company, Nani held the position of Vice President, Client Services for PointRight Inc. Previously, she has held leadership positions at United Healthcare, Tufts Health Plan and PacifiCare/SecureHorizons.

Nani holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Russ DePriest – SVP & GM, Skilled Nursing Markets

“In any relationship, communication is the key to success.”

Russ DePriest is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Skilled Nursing Markets at PointClickCare. In his role, Russ is responsible for leading a team tasked with growing the company’s efforts in the skilled nursing market.

Russ first joined PointClickCare in July 2010 as the SVP of Corporate Accounts, playing a vital role on the senior leadership team, acting as an advocate on the customers’ behalf and providing them a voice regarding PointClickCare products and services.

Prior to joining PointClickCare, Russ worked as a healthcare IT consultant and has over 30 years of experience in the industry, spending more than 20 years in post-acute care specifically. Russ has a clear understanding of the business pressures PointClickCare customers face, and how critical it is for technology to generate value in an environment where margins are getting smaller.

Sarah Bettencourt, VP Human Resources, PointClickCare

Sarah Bettencourt – SVP, Human Resources

Sarah leads the development and execution of talent strategy and acquisition, culture initiatives, and talent management and development. As PointClickCare’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Sarah has spent over 10 years creating innovative programs to attract, develop, and retain technology’s top talent. Sarah also spearheads the programs that have created and evolved PointClickCare’s reputation, “Work Hard. Play Hard.” culture.

Under Sarah’s leadership, PointClickCare has grown to one of the most well-respected and talked about business and cultural environments in the technology industry today.

Hiep Vuong, VP Technology Delivery, PointClickCare

Hiep Vuong – VP, Technology Delivery

As PointClickCare’s Vice President of Technology Delivery, Hiep oversees datacenter operations that run all of our services for customers, corporate IT and IS, as well as security and compliance. Hiep leads a team responsible for ensuring up-time reliability and speed of PointClickCare applications for our clients. Through Hiep’s efforts, customers are equipped with effective services that help them achieve their business objectives, and safeguarded with tight adherence to industry privacy and compliance.

Nick Noel, SVP Customer Operations, PointClickCare

Nick Noel – SVP, Customer Operations

Nick Noel is the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at PointClickCare. In his role, he oversees a team responsible for implementation services, customer support and education services. The primary goal for Nick and his team is to ensure PointClickCare customers receive the full value of the product at all times.

Prior to joining PointClickCare, Nick was the SVP of North American Services for NetSuite. He also held positions at Cap Gemini, IBM Global Services and Manulife Financial before. With more than 20 years experience in system implementation and business process improvement, Nick firmly believes that great leaders are force multipliers, making the people around them better through leadership, coaching and example.
