Chris Klomp is the Executive Vice President of PointClickCare and co-founder of Collective Medical, the nation’s leading ADT-based network for real-time care collaboration. Proven to streamline care transitions, improve coordination, and reduce unnecessary length of stay and admissions, Collective helps improve patient outcomes and lower costs by closing communication gaps that undermine patient care. Collective’s network now connects patient data from all 50 states and helps its nationwide network of thousands of emergency departments, primary care providers, behavioral health facilities, ambulatory providers, health plans, ACOs, managed care organizations, and post-acute providers who collaborate to collectively deliver better care to millions of patients. Prior to Collective, Chris was a vice president of Bain Capital’s North American Private Equity group in Boston and was previously with Bain & Company in Dallas and Johannesburg. Chris holds a BA with honors in Economics and English from Brigham Young University (2004) and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (2011), from which he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar. He was named 2018 CEO of the Year by Utah Business Magazine and named EY 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year for the Utah region.
