Melissa Jackson
Melissa Jackson is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario since 1995. She began her career working evening shift at a prominent nursing home chain in Toronto, and quickly found her calling in Management Information Systems long before it was called Clinical Informatics. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Melissa has been an integral part of the PointClickCare team since 2000. During her tenure, she has played a leading role in the design of the PointClickCare internal clinical implementation certification, customer online training and help file management. In her current role, Melissa is growing and nurturing PointClickCare’s connection to our user advocates, showcasing the value our products and services bring to our customers.
