By executing an order form, the customer agrees to these terms, which may include the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), product-specific addenda, and/or any applicable amendments. These terms may be updated periodically, and customers are encouraged to review this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Master Subscription Agreement(s)
The MSA governs the terms under which customers access and use PointClickCare electronic health record and related cloud‐based services. It outlines key provisions, including service scope, payment terms, intellectual property rights, service levels, data security, confidentiality, and liability limitations. The MSA provides a standardized framework for ongoing engagements, ensuring clarity and consistency while allowing for flexibility through separate orders forms and/or statements of work. The applicable MSA will be described in your order form. By accepting the MSA, customers agree to the rights and responsibilities that enable seamless and secure use of our software solutions.
Addenda and Amendments to the MSA
Product-Specific Addenda & Amendments supplement the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) by outlining terms unique to specific products, services, or regulatory requirements. These documents modify or expand the MSA to address product-specific features, pricing adjustments, compliance obligations, or additional service commitments. Addenda and amendments ensure that customers receive tailored terms while maintaining the overarching structure of the MSA. The applicable addenda or amendments will be described in your order form. By accepting these provisions, customers agree to the customized terms applicable to their selected products or services.
