Nikki Starrett
Nikki Starrett has worked at the intersection of value-based care and technology for over a decade. She is passionate about facilitating better ways to meet the needs of vulnerable populations.
Nikki spent most of her early career at Lowell General Hospital (a member of Tufts Medicine), where she developed and led strategic programs and initiatives aimed at improving performance in value-based reimbursement contracts. Among other work, Nikki supported the organization's transition into the Massachusetts Medicaid ACO model. She also implemented several grant-funded programs focused on addressing the needs of high-risk individuals. She has both deep and broad experience with population health, care management, quality improvement, analytics, network development, and healthcare technology.
In her role at PointClickCare, Nikki focuses on expanding and enhancing the use of the PointClickCare's solutions across the care continuum to enable meaningful collaboration and deliver insights that positively impact patient outcomes.
Nikki has a Bachelor of Science degree from Amherst College. She earned a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
