We sat down with four individuals from our Engineering Team and asked them to describe PointClickCare in one word. The result? Inspiring. Rewarding. Balanced. Innovative. These answers reflect what we value most: the meaningful work we do and our unwavering commitment to our people.

Ramsha Tariq, Senior Sr. Engineer, echoes our belief that work is so much more meaningful when it’s driven by a higher purpose. She explains, “PointClickCare’s mission is one of the noble ones, and being part of it as an engineer feels awesome.”  Similarly, Mustafa Behrainwala, a Principal Software Engineer, describes how our mission resonates with him. “I do truly believe in the impact we have and taking care of all our patients.”

At PointClickCare, we know our greatest asset is our people. We prioritize putting them first and creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can be their authentic selves at work. Dmitry Demin, an Intermediate Software Engineer can attest to this. For him, actions speak louder than words, and he feels that “PointClickCare does its very best to show its people that [they matter].”  Cheikh Lo, our Director of Engineering also emphasizes how we nurture this culture within our teams. He explains, “We provide support and resources for engineers to be able to strive, making sure that everyone can actually make an impact in their team and across PointClickCare.”
