Angela is a product designer with a passion for solving complex problems within the healthcare system. She is committed to transforming its processes, communication, and culture. Leveraging human-centered design, systemic thinking, and storytelling, she creates meaningful products that balance people’s needs with business strategy and technology. She believes active listening is the key to designing engaging, accessible, and intuitive experiences for people. Angela leads end-to-end design with products across website and mobile. She is also devoted to building an inclusive community amongst teams and promotes creative culture.

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in acute and skilled care. She joined PointClickCare in 2015 with the goal of representing and advocating for our customers. She brought that passion for the industry to her previous role as a Content Designer on many clinical products. Now a Clinical Product Leader, she is determined to keep the customer at the center of every design.
