After completing his training in emergency medicine in 2011 at the University of Mississippi, Hamad quickly emerged as a leader in the field. He led several emergency medicine staffing groups, demonstrating a keen ability to manage and optimize medical staffing operations.

In 2016, Hamad founded Sycamore Independent Physicians, a staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. Under his leadership, Sycamore Independent Physicians has become a trusted name in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence and its ability to meet the complex needs of healthcare providers. For the past five years, Hamad has leveraged his extensive clinical and managerial experience on the payer side of healthcare. He also served as the Medical Director of Medical Management for First Choice Health. In this role, he was instrumental in driving initiatives that balance quality care with cost-effectiveness, reflecting his passion for the intersection of quality and cost in healthcare.
