His strategic vision and operational expertise have positioned PointClickCare as a leader in healthcare technology.
Before joining PointClickCare, James held key leadership roles at organizations such as Mitel, eSentire, KORE Wireless, BlackBerry, Cognos Incorporated, and Deloitte. Notably, during his tenure at BlackBerry, he played a pivotal role in the company’s transition to a software-based product suite as a public company—a testament to his ability to lead through change and innovation.
