Michael Keyes
Michael Keyes leads the health plan sales team and manages executive relationships as the Vice President of Health Plan Sales at PointClickCare. Michael first joined PointClickCare in 2019 when he saw how the company was providing a solution that enabled real-time, bidirectional communication for health plans in a way that no one else was able to do. He started his career as a practicing physical therapist but after completing an MBA in Operations Management, transitioned to work and consult with health plans around network optimization, population health, and value-based care. He leverages his extensive background in the provision of health care, health plan administration, medical expense containment, network development and provider relations to lead the sales team to support the needs of our clients in the health plan and payer space.
