Michelle Bucaria

Michelle Bucaria is primarily responsible for employee engagement and development, growth strategy, and people strategy. Guided by PointClickCare’s ambitious performance plans, Michelle oversees the organization’s human resources operations, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, benefits, performance measurement, incentives, and compensation.

Through her work, Michelle has developed a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), helping organizations, and the people within them, flex and stretch to establish best-in-class cultures that invite individuals to bring their whole selves to work and enable businesses to thrive. Michelle is dedicated to cross-function collaborations and moving the needle on employee engagement, diversity representation, talent management, and the integration of efficient and progressive human resources processes and policies.

Most recently, Michelle worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Teladoc Health, where she built and scaled the human resource function and developed a people strategy to help the business grow from $350M to a $1B in revenue. Previously, she worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, serving in a variety of executive human resource and recruiting roles in the investment bank, asset management, and across corporate functions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Boston College.
