How to Achieve Success with PDGM
When the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) was introduced earlier this year, Home Health agencies began the transition from a volume-based payment model to the new value-based payment system. This change has impacted every aspect of an agency and requires a complex planning and execution process in order to ensure that not only are all of your tasks being completed properly, but that your organization is also thriving in this new setting.
