Shweta Shanbhag is the Director of Product Management at PointClickCare, where she leads the Post Acute portfolio of solutions for Acute and Health Plan customers. With nearly 20 years of experience across payer, provider, and life sciences domains, Shweta has contributed to healthcare transformation through value-based care initiatives, population health strategies, and healthcare analytics. Her work has focused on developing market strategies, conducting research, and designing user-centered digital health solutions to address gaps in care delivery. Prior to joining PointClickCare, Shweta led product strategy and roadmap execution at Cayaba Care, a maternal health wraparound care company focused on pregnancy and postpartum support to improve maternal health outcomes.
