Mike Wessinger is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at PointClickCare, Canada’s largest private software company and industry leading innovator in the effort to solve the global challenges of senior health care.
Mike introduced the first cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) platform in the LTPAC (long-term post-acute care) industry in 2000 by leveraging a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, the industry’s standard software delivery model today.
His forward-thinking vision to design the industry’s first EHR solution allowed him to quickly become an instrumental force in changing the way healthcare providers leverage technology to deliver the highest quality of service at the lowest cost.
Today, PointClickCare employs over 1,300 employees who currently serve over 21,000 care providers across North America.
Dave Wessinger is the co-founder and president at PointClickCare. In his role, Dave is responsible for the company’s business strategy formulation and execution through leading the entire business teams: Product and Engineering, SaaS Operation, Go-to-market, and emerging markets – Home Care and Acute Care.
For more than 20 years, Dave has worked in the senior care information technology industry and is passionate about solving problems and having meaningful impact on the quality of life for thousands of providers, millions of patients, residents and their families through effective use of technology solutions.

Paul Rybecky is the Chief Financial Officer of PointClickCare. As CFO, Paul is responsible for the overall financial management of the company and for multiple corporate functions including accounting, treasury, legal, governance, compliance and financial strategy.
Paul is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years’ extensive knowledge in the technology sector (SaaS). Prior to joining PointClickCare in March 2015, Paul spent nine years with Dealertrack Technologies as the Vice President of Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations. Paul also served as CFO of Confort & Company Inc. for five years and spent 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP where he earned his CPA designation.
Bill is the Chief Product Officer for PointClickCare. As the CPO, Bill plays a vital role in both the development and long-term vision of PointClickCare’s products, overseeing the company’s product strategy, product management, and engineering teams. Bill is highly motivated by understanding customer problems and building valued technology solutions that improve business and patient outcomes.
Bill is a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies, products and services in high-growth technology companies. His deep experience with enterprise software products make him an important and strategic member of the PointClickCare senior team.
Previous to joining the company in early 2014, Bill worked as the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Black Duck Software Inc., and has held a number of senior leadership positions with various technology companies including RSA Security and Hewlett Packard. Bill is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he received his BS in Health Care Management, as well as his MBA.

Sarah leads the development and execution of talent strategy and acquisition, culture initiatives, and talent management and development. As PointClickCare’s Chief People Officer, Sarah has spent over 10 years creating innovative programs to attract, develop, and retain technology’s top talent. Sarah also spearheads the programs that have created and evolved PointClickCare’s reputation and “Work Hard. Play Hard.” culture.
Under Sarah’s leadership, PointClickCare has grown to become one of the most well-respected and talked about businesses and cultural environments in the technology industry today.
Nick Noel is the Chief Customer Officer at PointClickCare. In his role, he oversees a team responsible for customer success, implementation services, customer support and education services. The primary goal for Nick and his team is to ensure PointClickCare customers receive the full value of the product at all times.
Prior to joining PointClickCare, Nick was the SVP of North American Services for NetSuite. He also previously held positions at Cap Gemini, IBM Global Services and Manulife Financial. With more than 20 years experience in system implementation and business process improvement, Nick firmly believes that great leaders are force multipliers, making the people around them better through leadership, coaching and example.

As CSO, John is responsible for sales, presales, demand generation, business development, customer experience and value creation across all markets. He is also the Executive Sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion within PointClickCare.
Prior to joining PointClickCare, John was on the Executive Leadership Team at SAP America holding several Senior Executive leadership positions including SVP and GM of eCommerce, SVP and GM of Solutions and various Sales Leadership roles. John started his career with Arthur
John earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University in University Park, PA and an MBA from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
As Venture Board Member & Operating Partner, David plays a significant role in the strategic growth planning for the business. David’s focus is on identifying and incubating early stage products and services to drive innovation at PointClickCare. Once incubation programs are identified, David acts as a trusted advisor to accelerate the growth of our start-up and scale-up ventures.
Prior to joining the PointClickCare team in 2009, David was the Canadian Business Unit Executive for the IBM Lotus Foundations Group and has over 20 years of experience in executive roles in finance, healthcare, computer technology, software, and communications. David holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Julieann Esper Rainville
EVP, Strategy and Corporate Development

As EVP, Strategy and Corporate Development, Julieann is responsible for working across the organization to develop, communicate, execute and sustain corporate strategic initiatives. She leads the mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and partnerships teams at PointClickCare.
Prior to joining the company, Julieann served on the Executive Team at 2020, where she oversaw Corporate Strategy and Development and led the sale of the business to Golden Gate Capital. She previously led Corporate Strategy and Development at Kronos, where her work included spearheading international expansion of the business, and where she also served as the company’s Chief Product Strategist. In addition, she has held positions in venture capital at Battery Ventures and technology investment banking at Advest (now part of BoAML).
She graduated from Smith College with a BA in Mathematics and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
