Dave Wessinger
Chief Executive Officer
Dave Wessinger is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PointClickCare. For more than 20 years, Dave has worked to transform the senior care technology industry and tackle complex challenges across the healthcare continuum.
In 2000, Dave co-founded PointClickCare with his brother Mike, pioneering healthcare’s digital transformation and driving improved outcomes for seniors and care teams through technology. Today, PointClickCare boasts one of Canada’s most admired corporate cultures and employs over 2,000 employees who currently serve over 27,000 long-term care providers, 3,600 ambulatory clinics, 2,800 hospitals, 350 risk-bearing providers, 70 state and government agencies, and every major U.S. health plan, making it one of the leading healthcare technology platforms across North America.
Dave’s visionary approach has earned him significant accolades, including recognition for PointClickCare as one of Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies for eleven consecutive years and a spot on Forbes’ Top Cloud 100 List for two years.
In his role as CEO, Dave emphasizes the importance of kindness and respect in all interactions, believing that a supportive environment fosters success. His leadership continues to drive PointClickCare’s mission to advance healthcare solutions that benefit both providers and patients alike.

James Yersh
President
James has over two decades of experience holding senior executive-level roles across finance, administration, and go-to-market functions at SaaS-oriented and technology companies. In his role as President, James oversees the entire customer journey, championing initiatives that drive tighter integration and deliver seamless experiences across PointClickCare’s core markets. His leadership spans customer care, customer success, implementation, marketing, operations, and sales, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
Prior to becoming President, James served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at PointClickCare, where he was instrumental in developing transformative revenue strategies and steering the company’s impressive growth trajectory. His strategic vision and operational expertise have positioned PointClickCare as a leader in healthcare technology.
Before joining PointClickCare, James held key leadership roles at organizations such as Mitel, eSentire, KORE Wireless, BlackBerry, Cognos Incorporated, and Deloitte. Notably, during his tenure at BlackBerry, he played a pivotal role in the company’s transition to a software-based product suite as a public company — a testament to his ability to lead through change and innovation.

Kari Hall
Chief Strategy Officer
Joining PointClickCare as Chief Strategy Officer in 2021, Kari oversees strategy, corporate development, partnerships, and Incubation businesses. With her extensive tenure in healthcare technology, Kari is focused on identifying unique insights and market dynamics that inform the corporate strategy and value creation potential.
Kari brings nearly 20 years of experience, serving most recently as Vice President of Product Marketing at Cerner. In this role, Kari led a team of over 50 product marketers across Cerner’s global business, actively anticipating future market dynamics and continuously refreshing the marketing strategy and build/buy/partner decisions. Prior to Cerner, Kari spent 10 years at ResMed across various roles including strategy, M&A, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success. Most recently, she led Portfolio Strategy and Business Development for ResMed’s SaaS business focused on the post-acute care market. Her depth and breadth of commercial experience is instrumental in regularly assessing the strategy and execution to ensure appropriate priorities, resourcing, and accountability. Prior to ResMed, Kari spent 10 years on Wall Street in various roles from equity research, portfolio management, and investment banking, always with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Orysia Semotiuk
Chief People Officer & General Counsel
As Chief People Officer, Orysia leads the development and execution of PointClickCare’s employee experience and engagement strategy to attract, develop, and retain its technology and other top talent.
As General Counsel, Orysia also oversees all legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters at PointClickCare.
With over 20 years of experience representing and advising companies across a variety of industries, Orysia’s background includes practicing law at two of Canada’s largest law firms: McCarthy Tetrault LLP as a partner and Stikeman Elliott LLP as an associate.
At both firms, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, commercial, and securities law. She also worked at BlackBerry Limited as Senior Legal Counsel, advising on public company matters.
Orysia holds a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Laws from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from University of Manitoba.

Nicolette Turner
Chief Financial Officer
Nicolette is the Chief Financial Officer at PointClickCare and brings a wealth of financial expertise and strategic acumen to her role. She is committed to ensuring PointClickCare’s financial health and stability while supporting its mission of helping providers deliver exceptional care.
With 20 years of experience in finance, Nicolette has a proven track record of driving financial performance, optimizing operations, and fostering sustainable revenue in high-growth health tech companies.
Prior to joining PointClickCare, Nicolette held executive financial leadership roles at several high-growth healthcare and SaaS organizations, including Headspace, Cardinal Health, and Hillrom. While at Headspace, she built out the finance, accounting, and strategy functions and played a key role in the negotiation of Headspace and Ginger’s 2021 merger, valued at $3 billion. Under her leadership at Headspace, the company’s revenue nearly doubled while also achieving positive EBITDA and cash flow.
Nicolette has a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Bill McQuaide
Chief Technical Officer
As the Chief Technical Officer, Bill is accountable for leading the Engineering, SaaS Operations and Advanced Technology functions within PointClickCare. Under his leadership, his team is highly focused on building the company’s long-term technical vision including its re-platforming initiatives and robust product roadmaps.
Bill is highly motivated by understanding customer problems and building valued technology solutions that improve business and patient outcomes.
As a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies, products, and services in high-growth technology companies, Bill’s experience with enterprise software products makes him an important and strategic member of the PointClickCare senior team.

Brian Drozdowicz
Chief Revenue Officer
As the Chief Revenue Officer at PointClickCare, Brian leads all commercial sales teams and is responsible for driving growth across the company’s extensive healthcare technology offerings. With more than 20 years of experience in the health tech sector, Brian brings a proven track record of scaling and transforming businesses through strategic growth initiatives, product management, and portfolio planning.
Before taking on his current role, Brian served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Acute & Payer Markets at PointClickCare, overseeing the development and success of Health System, Health Plan, and Convener markets. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding PointClickCare’s connected care network, empowering providers with actionable insights to improve patient outcomes.
Brian’s career spans executive roles at leading organizations such as Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he was Head of Integrated Care, Bottomline Technologies, Siemens Healthineers, Verscend, Caradigm, and Optum.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University. Known for his driven, collaborative, and action-oriented leadership style, Brian is committed to advancing PointClickCare’s mission of helping every provider deliver exceptional care.

Jeff Dubblestyne
Executive Vice President, Strategic Delivery Office
As EVP, Strategic Delivery Office (SDO), Jeff is responsible for leading PointClickCare’s transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across organizational initiatives. Jeff orchestrates initiatives to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and drive change across the organization.
With over 20 years of deep experience in healthcare technology and SaaS-based solutions, Jeff is instrumental in driving PointClickCare’s mission and goals forward, with a focus on customer value and centricity. Under his leadership, the newly formed SDO team plays a pivotal role in partnering and engaging more strategically with customers and employees to drive meaningful and impactful outcomes.
Prior to joining PointClickCare, Jeff served as the Senior Director of Professional Services at NetSuite, where he navigated significant business transformation efforts and supported the company’s growth initiatives.

Renee Gapen
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Renee is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth in the healthcare technology sector. As SVP, Marketing, she oversees the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission to support care providers in delivering exceptional care.
Renee joined PointClickCare in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing Operations, where she significantly contributed to shaping the company’s marketing strategy and operational framework.
Prior to her tenure at PointClickCare, Renee built a distinguished career at ResMed, holding various leadership roles including Director of Retail & Pharmacy, Director of Marketing for Sleep & Respiratory Care, and Communications & Engagement Partner. Her earlier positions at ResMed encompassed solutions marketing, channel marketing, corporate training, and global project management, showcasing her versatility across marketing and business functions.
Renee is recognized for her results-driven approach, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to utilizing technology and data to drive business growth and improve healthcare outcomes.

Bill Charnetski
Executive Vice President, Health System Solutions & Government Affairs
Bill drives the health‐tech ecosystem’s expansion while improving patient outcomes and system productivity. Bill believes in the power of integrated care coordination and digitized ecosystems of care to enhance the patient journey and improve transitions along the continuum.
Prior to joining PointClickCare, Bill served as Chief Health Innovation Strategist for the Government of Ontario, Canada. He drove behavioral change in the provincial health system to improve its innovation receptor capabilities and used the government’s massive health investment as an economic driver to scale Ontario-based health tech companies. Bill also worked with AstraZeneca, one of the world’s largest innovative biopharmaceutical companies. At AstraZeneca, most recently, he led global government affairs and public policy out of London, UK. In Canada for AZ, he led integrated health solutions, pricing, market access, reimbursement, communications, strategic stakeholder engagement, and legal affairs. He was also a corporate and privacy law partner at one of Canada’s leading law firms.

Elaine Cobb
Senior Vice President, Customer Success & Support
Elaine is a dynamic and strategic leader with over 25 years of experience driving customer success, support, and operational excellence in the technology sector. As Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Support, she leads the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences that fuel growth, adoption, and long-term advocacy, ensuring clients receive unparalleled support and success on their journey.
Throughout her career, Elaine has been instrumental in shaping customer-centric strategies that align with business objectives and accelerate value realization. Prior to joining PointClickCare, Elaine played a pivotal role in scaling businesses to successful IPOs at both Comscore and Coveo. As Chief Customer Officer at Coveo, she designed innovative customer experiences focused on accelerating value and delivering measurable business outcomes. Previously, as Executive Vice President at Comscore, she led global servicing for research and data solutions, further honing her ability to implement service models that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Elaine is passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and AI to empower teams, solve complex challenges, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. She is committed to nurturing diverse, high-performing teams and celebrating individual and collective achievements to build strong human connections and inspire innovation.
