Rapid Fire
- Describe yourself in 3 words: Intuitive. Future-Focused. Receptive.
- What is your favorite breakfast? Does coffee count?
- Who is your favorite Disney character? Mulan because she embodies bravery, ingenuity, and self-determination—she’s her own hero.
- What’s one thing on your bucket list? No official bucket list yet—I’m more of a ‘say yes when life surprises me’ kind of person.
- Do you prefer driving or flying? Definitely flying. I like my travel with a side of altitude and perspective!
All about Saige
Saige enjoys what she calls “life’s simple pleasures—a good book, strong coffee, rainy days, and slow mornings. I like things that remind me life doesn’t have to be complicated to be beautiful.” It’s this appreciation for simplicity and intentionality that informs her work, most recently guiding the PCC brand refresh with a focus on thoughtful design, meaningful impact, and the human connections at the heart of it all.
A Decade of Growth at PointClickCare
Saige’s professional journey reflects the opportunities and culture at PCC. With nearly 10 years at the company, she’s seen firsthand its dedication to growth and innovation. Beginning in sales, she quickly gravitated toward new challenges—first in home health, then in marketing. “The great thing about PCC,” she says, “is that there’s always an opportunity to drive transformation—if you see a challenge, you can take it on and make a real impact.”
Today, Saige leads the brand marketing division at PCC, driving a strategic brand refresh that strengthens the company’s identity and positions PCC as a bold, purpose-driven leader in healthcare. “The PCC brand refresh isn’t just about visuals—it’s about clarity, alignment, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our mission: helping every provider deliver exceptional care,” she explains. “Our customers helped shape this brand—they are its inspiration, and now they are the faces of it.” Through this refresh, Saige is helping position PCC for sustained growth and stronger market differentiation.
Culture and Brand: The PointClickCare Way
At the heart of PCC’s success is its people-oriented culture. “We show up every day to support each other and our mission,” Saige explains. This culture is characterized by collaboration, innovation, and a performance-driven mindset. “The brand refresh helps crystallize our story—everything we do aligns more clearly with who we are, what we stand for, and the impact we deliver,” she adds.
Saige is energized by the new, simplified narrative and clear positioning of PCC. With a sharp focus on integrated healthcare ecosystems, AI-informed care, intelligent transitions, and reimbursable outcomes, she notes, “Everything about the brand now feels crisp, bold, and purposeful. It’s exciting to tell the world clearly who we are and what we deliver.”
Embracing Authenticity and Inclusion
One of the most compelling aspects of PointClickCare’s culture is how it embraces authenticity and inclusion. “PointClickCare allows you to show up exactly as you are, as your authentic self,” Saige notes. This spirit of inclusion is crucial in enabling the company to deliver exceptional care and support to its customers. “If we didn’t have the spirit of inclusion, we could never show up for our customers the way we do,” she concludes.
Saige’s story is a powerful reminder of the impact that can be made when individuals are given the opportunity to grow, contribute, and be their authentic selves.
