Our employees harness AI as a catalyst for creativity, productivity, and thoughtful decision-making. By integrating AI tools into daily workflows, collaboration is enhanced, outcomes are improved, and every team member can maximize their impact.

It all starts with our hiring practices, where we explore the AI fluency of candidates and source specific AI expertise to complement our mission. Job descriptions have also been updated to reflect AI accountabilities. Plus, we have implemented AI-powered talent acquisition sourcing and selection tools so we can find the right people, for the right roles, faster.  We then continue to invest in training and development to nurture innovation throughout the employee journey.

To help our people embrace these capabilities, we’re expanding access to training and upskilling so employees in a variety of roles can build AI knowledge and confidence. For example, all employees are required to complete AI fluency foundations courses to ensure a baseline understanding of AI. In addition, we hosted our first ever AI symposium, a company-wide event showcasing how employees are applying AI in their everyday work, and we plan to keep that momentum going into 2026. Our goal is to make AI a shared capability that empowers more of us to innovate, adapt, and lead in a rapidly evolving world.
