Niki Mrvelj, Sr. Product Manager, is driven by providing easy-to-use solutions for our customers, and believes product development is essential in the journey of healthcare transformation. “Making sure that we’re providing new and advanced solutions for our customers and their challenges as something that they like, that’s where I think product has a special place in this journey,” Niki shares.

Meaningful Work that Matters

The dedication to our employees and the communities we serve is resolute. Our Product team is a true embodiment of this, as they are passionate about making a difference in healthcare and improving patient lives. Rifat Rajudeen, Software Commercialization Manager, explains, “I enjoy what I do, I enjoy the people I do it with, and what I do matters. I make a tangible difference in someone’s day through the healthcare system.” Rifat continued, expressing that knowing his work has a direct impact on the lives of millions is what fuels his motivation every day.

Krisika Suthan, Int. UX Designer, finds inspiration in our collaborative work environment. She says, “We just work so well together – not just my team, but cross-functionally the folks are all very inspiring. The people here are passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of our users.” We believe a shared commitment and strong team culture strengthens our organization, and ultimately results in better outcomes for our customers.

As we work to build a better tomorrow for healthcare, Director of Product Management, Jeff Wilcox, is excited about the opportunities ahead.
