eCourses: SmartZone includes 450+ eCourses designed with adult learning best practices in mind. eCourses may include simulations, video clips, interactive hands-on learning, and job aids.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training Sessions: 30+ live training sessions are delivered by PointClickCare subject matter experts and give learners the ability to interact with a trainer and participate in a Q&A period.

Training Plans: Access 20+ Role-Based Training Plans consisting of recommended eCourses that have been grouped together by specific job titles. As a new hire, take advantage of these Training Plans to learn about the areas in PointClickCare that specifically apply to your role.
