Kathleen is an experienced revenue cycle executive with more than 30 years of business experiencing providing software and services to help providers navigate the ever-changing complexities of third-party reimbursement and patient collections in the U.S Healthcare system. Currently, Kathleen leads the Revenue Cycle Management services team at PointClickCare, where her team is providing an array of tech-enable revenue cycle services to lighten our client’s administrative burden, improve collections and drive profitability so that they can focus efforts on resident care. Kathleen has built and led similar businesses throughout her health care career as well as served as president of a regional health. Kathleen received a MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
