He adds, “Apploi has helped us save almost three million dollars a year on sponsorship ads.”
Along with better recruiting, Legacy was able to improve their labor costs and staff experience thanks to Apploi as well. “Since we’ve implemented the scheduling platform consistently, we are under budget. So that’s saving us about fifteen to sixteen million dollars annually,” Wikstrom notes.
Additionally, “The Apploi Schedule platform allowed us to make a really seamless solution that made it easier on the schedulers at a location and gave a good visibility for the nurse managers and the administrator to make sure that all the right processes were being followed.”
