Tori Hakim
Tori Hakim is a Value-Based Care Solution Lead at PointClickCare, supporting customers participating in risk-based arrangements and helping them operationalize their acute and post-acute solutions. Previously, Tori worked as a value-based care client manager, specializing in bundled payments, and has experience working with physicians, hospitals, and health systems to drive success in value-based payment models. Tori has a passion for guiding organizations toward meeting the goals of better care, lower costs, and improved population health.
Tori is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in health management and policy. Tori is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
