Bringing DE&I to Life
Work Culture
Team meetings feature a range of perspectives, giving every voice merit. Our workspaces promote teamwork and functionality for all, with quiet rooms, prayer areas, and open brainstorming spaces. We celebrate successes, big or small. Company gatherings include music and food from different cultures and work-life balance is a best practice with our flexible personal time off policy.
Ally Networks
We empower our employees to tell us what they need, and what changes they want to see. Today, we have eight employee-led groups focused on tangible, culture impacting change. If employees feel there are gaps in our networks, they’re encouraged to create an ally network with the full support of the DE&I team and Leadership.
DE&I Listening Circles
Our DE&I team hosts virtual Listening Circles as a safe space for employees to ask questions, raise concerns, and host conversations around DE&I. These sessions are never recorded, and everyone can submit questions or comments through an anonymous form. They can also opt to receive further contact from the DE&I team.
Celebrating Our Diversity
For specific identity and heritage months, we host events that include educational speakers, employee and leader panels discussing their experiences and career journeys, and customers showing us the real-life impact our products have on their patients. Our employees leave with a sense of empathy and how to be more inclusive.
Innovating Technology Through Diversity
We aspire to advance healthcare technology by embedding diversity in the products and services we provide. With a customer community that users have access to, our Product team can receive feedback and recommended changes to our products that create a more inclusive environment.
Giving Back to Our Community
We value making a positive impact on the communities we serve. Through our Giving & Volunteer Program, we empower employees to support the causes they care about by matching their donations. We also encourage volunteering as part of our values with Flexible Paid Time Off.
