Community Access FAQs
Customers should access PCC Community from an authenticated PointClickCare session. PCC Community is accessed through the Resource Hub within PointClickCare.
To get started:
- Sign in to PointClickCare
- Select the question mark icon
- Choose PCC Community
The Resource Hub tile that links to PointClickCare Community lives in the PointClickCare Core application. EHR for Senior Living is a separate workspace, and it doesn’t yet carry the single sign-on links from Core. That’s why the Community tile doesn’t appear there.
To reach Community from EHR for Senior Living:
- Select the Links icon in the bottom left corner of your EHR for Senior Living app
- Open the Resource Hub
- Select the PCC Community tile
Users must have access to the PointClickCare Core and will access PCC Community from an authenticated PointClickCare session. If they are not a user of PointclickCare, please have them contact their admin to request access.
Colleagues can:
- Sign in to PointClickCare
- Select the question mark icon
- Choose PCC Community
