Mike Wessinger
Executive Chair
Mike Wessinger is PointClickCare’s Co-Founder and Executive Chair of the board. Prior to taking on the role of Executive Chair, Mike served as PointClickCare’s Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2021.
Mike’s vision and leadership established PointClickCare as the first cloud-based health information system for the senior care industry. Relentless in his pursuit to disrupt the healthcare status quo, Mike’s forward-thinking vision drove the organization to level silos across the healthcare ecosystem, creating North America’s largest care collaboration network.
In his role as Executive Chair, Mike continues to champion corporate culture, enhance governance, recruit diverse talent, and partner with internal and external boards and teams to solve critical healthcare challenges and propel PointClickCare forward as a world-class organization.
Outside of PointClickCare, Mike is also Co-Chair of the C100 board of directors, where he actively leverages his years of experience to coach and mentor leaders at the helm of rapidly scaling tech companies.
Bill Dillane
Vice Chair
Bill Dillane is the Vice Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since its inception, including several years as Chair.
Bill is the Founder and President of The Responsive Group, overseeing the operations of numerous long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. In his role, Bill provides financial, operational, strategic consulting and advisory services.
Bill’s career has focused on Health Care Management including experience in the administration of private hospital, long-term care, retirement, and assisted living communities. He has worked with some of the top senior care organizations in Canada, including one of Canada’s largest senior housing providers, where he held a variety of positions, including Chief Operating Officer.
Bill’s health-related technology investments started over 20 years ago and include a number of start-up and scale-up organizations.
Bill participates in several proprietary and not-for-profit boards in Canada and the U.S. He is a Life Member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), and a founding member of the Canadian Association of Long-Term Care (CALTC).
Leslie Campbell
Audit Committee Chair
Leslie Campbell is Audit Committee Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since January 2023.
Leslie is an experienced public board director and former international operating executive who served in senior executive roles at RELX, Oracle Corporation and Dell, Inc., in the U.S. and Europe. In her operating career, she served enterprises not only across industries and countries, but also across functions as an executive in operational, finance and customer-facing roles. She began her career at KPMG, serving first in audit and later in the international high technology tax practice and is recognized as an SEC audit committee financial expert.
Leslie currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Shapeways (NYSE: SHPW), Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of PetMed Express (NASDAQ: PETS), Chairman of the Audit Committee of LiveVox Holdings (NASDAQ: LVOX), and previously, Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP). She is NACD Directorship Certified™ and was named to WomenInc. magazine’s list of Most Influential Corporate Board Directors.
Betsy S. Atkins
Compensation Committee Chair
Betsy Atkins is the Compensation Committee Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since July 2020.
Betsy is a three-time CEO and serial entrepreneur, co-founding enterprise software companies in the energy, healthcare and software industries. She scaled companies through hyper growth, helped give shape to the future of digitization and led companies to successful IPOs and acquisitions. Betsy has served on over 34 public boards and been through 17 IPOs.
Her Corporate Board experience covers industries including, technology, financial services, healthcare, CPG, automotive, manufacturing, hospitality and retail. She brings an operational perspective of how to tech enable to accelerate business solutions and “time-to-insight” for B2B and D2C enterprises. Betsy leverages broad contemporary knowledge of digital technology to reduce costs, as well as drive efficiency and productivity using AI machine learning and analytics to streamline processes.
Betsy brings vision for elegant UX UI customer journey and experience, relentless customer focus and high business discipline around execution. She has written three books including, “Be Board Ready: The Secrets to Landing a Board Seat and Being a Great Director.”
Current boards that Betsy serves on include, Wynn Resorts, Gopuff, and SL Green.
Dave Wessinger
Board Member & Management
Dave Wessinger is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PointClickCare and also serves as a member of its Board of Directors.
Dave has worked in the healthcare information technology industry for more than 25 years and has been laser focused on disrupting the status quo through the use of innovative technology that improves the lives of millions.
Dave has earned recognition for the foresight and innovation that helps thousands reimagine the way technology can be used to communicate, collaborate, and improve care across the healthcare continuum.
Sameer Narang
Board Member
Sameer Narang has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since December 2020.
Sameer is a Partner of Hellman & Friedman, one of the longest running private equity investment firms operating today. Sameer leads Hellman & Friedman’s investment activities in the technology and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman, Sameer worked in Blackstone’s Private Equity group in New York and Mumbai, India.
In addition to PointClickCare’s board, Sameer is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Applied Systems and serves on the board of Action, athenahealth and At Home. He was formerly a Director of Ellucian and Grocery Outlet and was active in the Hellman & Friedman’s investment in Activant Solutions.
Sameer is an Arjay Miller Scholar and recipient of the Alexander A. Robichek Award from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Rob Eberle
Board Member
Robert (Rob) Eberle has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since April 2015.
Rob held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of Bottomline Technologies from 2006 -2022. Under his guidance, Bottomline has become a leading provider of innovative payment, digital banking, invoice, and cyber fraud solutions, delivered across multiple geographies and markets. Bottomline has been recognized with multiple awards for product innovation and has been named one of the “Best Places to Work.”
Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Rob served as the Chief Operating Officer of Bottomline from 2001 to 2006 and as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2004. Before his time at Bottomline, Rob held senior executive positions in the wireless and handheld computer industry.
Rob has served on numerous technology company boards and community focused non-profit boards. He currently serves as Chairman on the board of Exeter Health Resources and on the board of Graff Golf and Beth Israel Lahey Health.
Christian Jensen
Board Member
Christian Jensen has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since December 2017.
Christian is a Partner at Dragoneer Investment Group and Co-Head of Private Investments. Dragoneer is a growth-oriented investment firm with over $22 billion under management.
Christian has led the firm’s investments into several software, financial services, and consumer companies including CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCCS), Clearwater Analytics (CWAN), Datadog (DDOG), Duck Creek (DCT), Gusto, NuBank (NU), PointClickCare, Procore (PCOR), Samsara (IOT), ServiceTitan, Slack (WORK), Snowflake (SNOW), and UiPath (PATH), among others.
Prior to joining Dragoneer in 2016, Christian was a Principal at Accel Partners and before that, was with AEA Investors.
Christian earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Phil Fogg, Jr.
Board Member
Phil Fogg Jr. has served as a member of PointClickCare’s board since April 2017.
Phil is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marquis Companies, which owns and operates 22 skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living campuses in Oregon, California, and Nevada, as well as provides home health and home care services to residents.
Phil entered the senior care profession as an administrator and despite the dire financial challenges Oregon providers were facing, he founded Marquis Companies in 1989 and assumed the management of his first skilled nursing facility. Phil founded its sister company, Consonus Healthcare, in 2004, serving rehab therapy, consulting, and pharmacy customers in 11 states. He has also led the creation of the innovative Co-Pilot data analytics solution, which helps facilities demonstrate their patient outcomes and quality of care to potential payers and referral sources.
Throughout his career, Phil has been an active advocate for long-term care in Oregon, and an influential national voice in the nation’s capital. He previously served as President of the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCE) and is currently the Board Chair of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC). Phil also serves as a Director for Vynca.
His lifelong commitment to charitable causes led to his creation of the Vital Life Foundation in 2008, providing greater meaning and purpose to the lives of staff, residents, clients, and business partners.
Matt Emery
Board Observer
Matt Emery served as a member of the PointClickCare board from April 2015 to December 2020, and is currently JMI’s Observer on the board.
As a General Partner at JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on investing in leading software companies, Matt focuses on JMI’s investments in software and digital health businesses.
In addition to PointClickCare, Matt currently oversees the investments or serves on the boards of CipherHealth, Clio, Jane Software, and TimelyMD. Prior to joining JMI in 2006, Matt was an analyst in the technology investment banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners and a research associate at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley.
Matt is a CFA charter holder and holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Gillispie School.
