The CMS Five Star Report accesses data from Nursing Home Compare for the entire surrounding market and pull reports on areas such as discharge patterns and readmissions. Facility Report Cards are one click away and can be generated for  a chosen hospital or payer. This unique combination of data provides a more accurate picture of performance within the context of the broader market, allowing SNF leadership to lead data-centric conversations on a variety of quality outcomes.
