PointClickCare Expands Partnership with COMS Interactive

Standardized, evidence-based content through the EHR will help drive better reporting and outcomes

MISSISSAUGA, ON – October 17, 2016 – Value-based healthcare is creating demand for clinical transparency and quality outcomes reporting that directly impacts a senior care organization’s bottom line. Today, PointClickCare, the leading cloud-based software platform for the senior care continuum, and COMS Interactive, the clinical care and quality improvement leader in the senior care market, are collaborating to answer this demand.

The partnership between PointClickCare and COMS Interactive will offer a standardized approach to care by integrating evidence-based clinical content from COMS Interactive directly into the PointClickCare electronic health record (EHR) platform. The result will allow LTPAC providers to generate quality management and reporting, improve care coordination, identify and reduce exposure in value-based contracts, and enhance clinical decision making.

PointClickCare will be working closely with COMS Interactive to embed their rich clinical content directly into the EHR platform.
