Deanne is a bilingual (English and French) team member with eleven years of experience in Skilled Nursing and Senior Living facilities. In her career she has had a variety of roles including Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, and Cost Analyst. She has been implementing at PointClickCare since 2015. Deanne also has a Master’s in Health Informatics as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Prior to PointClickCare, she spent six years as a Customer Support/Trainer for Financial, Clinical, Payroll, Therapy, and Interfaces for another software. In her personal life, Deanne enjoys swimming, ten pin bowling, and music.
