Steve Buslovich
Dr. Steven Buslovich, MD, CMD, MS serves as the Vice President of Senior Care - Value Based Care at PointClickCare. Previously, he was the CEO and co-founder of Patient Pattern - an integrated care management platform and EHR for VBC that was acquired by PointClickCare in 2023. He is a geriatrician and a certified medical director of senior care and senior living facilities located in Western New York. Dr. Buslovich is an active committee member of the American Geriatrics Society (AGS), Advancing Excellence in Long Term Care Collaborative, and the Society for PALTC Medicine (PALTMED), where he serves on the Public Policy and Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee. He has received AMDA's Shark Tank Innovation Award, and is currently collaborating with CMS and ONC to establish standardized clinical data elements across all post-acute care settings. Dr. Buslovich is an expert in operationalizing frailty risk and improving care outcomes in value-based care models.
