Julie Ann Kemman
Julie Ann Kemman has been working for over 26 years in the long-term post-acute care setting and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. Julie is also a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, in addition to being Core Trained in Florida for Assisted Living Operations, and has held a variety of operational titles, including assistant administrator, director of managed care, and corporate field liaison. Julie is currently the CEO of Health Care Professional Consulting Services, Inc. (HCPCS), providing skilled nursing, assisted living, CCRC, home health agencies, and outpatient rehabilitation organizations with a variety of business system and financial operations consultancy support.
