Marc Falcone has served and supported the health care industry in many roles for the last decade. He is passionate about getting hands-on to fix even the smallest of problems that plague health care providers and to make the lives of clinicians, care teams, and patients easier. Marc has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Marc has collaborated and lead health IT projects in support of state and federal governments, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), hospitals and health systems, Health Information Exchanges, Accountable Care Organizations, and primary care clinics. It was here where he began his journey as a product leader and was responsible for delivering health care software solutions, leading them from an initial concept to full commercialization. He also previously served as Director of Population Health Operations for the University of Maryland Medical System’s Quality Care Network (UMQCN), which serves an ever-growing population of patients participating in value-based contracts with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. He is considered a subject matter expert on such topics as product development, population health, interoperability, health IT policy, analytics, and quality improvement.

In his role with PointClickCare, Marc manages and develops solutions that solve interoperability challenges faced by health care organizations. His primary focus is to serve value-based care organizations by ensuring clinicians and care teams have the clinical information they need where and when they need it, in order to make informed care delivery decisions.
