MISSISSAUGA, ON — August 12, 2020 – PointClickCare Technologies is proud to announce it has won the 2020 Microsoft Canada Independent Software Vendor (ISV) IMPACT Sales Award. These annual Canadian awards recognize Microsoft partners that have focused on bettering the lives of Canadians, aligned their efforts with customer excellence, and who have created innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft products, services and technology.

“Since the onset of COVID-19, we have prioritized helping our customers and our industry above all other measures, delivering innovative solutions, most recently our Infection Prevention & Control Solution, to help our customers on the frontlines of senior care. Receiving this honour from Microsoft Canada is testament to PointClickCare’s commitment and leadership within the Canadian LTC ecosystem, as well as our continued focus on supporting our customers through these challenging times.”

said Dave Wessinger, president, PointClickCare.

Microsoft Canada presented these awards in 18 categories on July 22, 2020 at the first-ever virtual Microsoft Inspire conference. Winners were selected based on the outstanding work the companies provided to their customers and community. A full list of the Microsoft IMPACT Award winners can be found on Microsoft’s Partner Network blog.

“We are honoured to recognize PointClickCare for the ISV Sales Award at this year’s IMPACT awards. Even throughout a challenging year, PointClickCare has proven to be an outstanding partner committed to the highest levels of innovation and customer excellence empowering organizations across Canada with industry-leading solutions to achieve more.”

said Suzanne Gagliese, Vice President, One Commercial Partner, Microsoft Canada.

This award comes off the heels of Microsoft’s 2020 Health Innovation Award in which PointClickCare was named a recipient for its development of LTC eConnect, a unified solution to help clinicians and care teams provide complex care in long-term care facilities.
