- Do you have a bucket list? Yes! Traveling to Japan and Cinque Terre (in the Italian Riviera) hiking and snorkeling—I would love to explore underwater cliffs, see local fish, and dive into sea caves.

When she’s not tackling complex technical challenges, Pawandeep loves to immerse herself in activities that spark joy and curiosity. Whether it’s hiking a new trail, practicing yoga, or experimenting with vegetarian recipes in the kitchen, she says “I’m always eager to try something new, from exploring a city’s hidden coffee shops to signing up for adventure rides.” Her recent trek through the Swiss Alps left her with a newfound appreciation for mountain air and breathtaking views.

As a kid, Pawandeep says she didn’t have one clear dream job, but she did know that she liked asking questions and solving problems. “I was the person in my family who wanted to “fix” things or explain how something worked—even if I didn’t know. That curiosity and willingness to pitch in has stuck with me, and now I find the most satisfaction in work where I can solve real problems and support the people around me.”
As a Principle Software Engineer, Pawandeep plays a critical role in designing and building secure, scalable technology solutions that drive better outcomes in healthcare. “I collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and ensure our platforms are both reliable and innovative.” With five years of experience at PointClickCare and in healthcare technology, she’s developed a deep understanding of the industry’s complex challenges.
