Jackie Nordhoff
Jackie Nordhoff, RN, BSN, has 30 years of LTPAC management and consulting experience at the regional and corporate level. Prior to PointClickCare she was the Vice President of Care Management for Sava Senior Care. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the RAI, Clinical Reimbursement, both Medicare & Medicaid, Quality Measures, Regulatory Compliance, and Provider operations. Jackie joined PointClickCare in 2015 as a Product Specialist supporting the Customer Success team. During that time she provided support to the Account Management team in understanding the application and industry changes that impact customers. She assisted Account Managers in working with customers to utilize the application to benefit their operations. In 2022 she joined the Regulatory Affairs team.
